Drakes Creek Dental is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our team full-time. You will play an integral role in supporting clinical operations and elevating patient experiences, working Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM with shortened shifts on Friday. Title Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Perform expanded functions duties as an EFDA, including taking impressions, placing and carving restorations, and other delegated operative tasks Maintain clinical and instrument sterilization in accordance with infection control protocols Manage inventory control and ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive office atmosphere Utilize Open Dental software to document procedures and patient information (preferred, but not mandatory) Salary Range full-time $25 - $31 per hour - Benefits Paid training and on-the-job coaching Paid holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Employee discounts on dental services Shift & Schedule Monday: 8 AM – 2 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years) Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience within a clinical setting Certified Dental Assistant credential preferred Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and assisting procedures Open Dental Familiarity with Open Dental practice management software Experience with patient sedation monitoring Hiring Process [1] Please apply through the Jobley application form ↓ [5] While proceeding with the hiring process, please apply for the Jobley Bonus through your Jobley account. *The average time from application to job offer is about one week to one month. *Jobley Bonus $90 If you land this job through Jobley, you will be eligible for a jobley bonus.
