What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor , you’ll serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately
• Provide detailed repair and maintenance estimates
• Clearly explain services, timelines, and costs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain high Service Experience Index (SEI) scores
• Manage appointment scheduling and daily workflow
• Answer inbound calls and follow up with customers
• Build long-term customer relationships and promote retention

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
• Proven ability to meet performance and customer satisfaction goals
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Preferred:

• Automotive service advisor or dealership experience
• Background in automotive service, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Leadership or team coordination experience
