Job Description
The Service Advisor is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle service and repair process. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between the customer, service technicians, parts department, and management.
This position requires strong communication, organization, customer service, and sales skills. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately identify customer concerns, communicate recommended repairs and maintenance, provide accurate estimates, and ensure customers are kept informed throughout the service process.
The Service Advisor is expected to represent the dealership professionally while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, technician productivity, service department profitability, and overall dealership goals.
