This is a hands-on, email-first role supporting engagement and product marketing across our membership and loyalty programs.You will build, schedule, deploy, and QA campaigns, work in our marketing automation platform, segment audiences, run A/B tests, and read the performance data that tells you what to change next.What You'll OwnEmail Campaign Execution: Build, schedule, deploy, and QA email campaigns across engagement and product-based marketing programs.Marketing Automation: Work in our automation platform to create and maintain personalized customer journeys and triggered campaigns.Segmentation: Build and manage audience segments so the right message reaches the right members.Testing and Optimization: Run A/B tests, analyze open rates, click-through, and conversion, and turn what you learn into the next round of improvements.Quality Control: Proof assets, verify links, check content, and protect brand standards before anything ships.Performance Reporting: Track campaign results, identify trends, and share clear read-outs with the team.Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with sales, operations, product, and other marketing partners so campaigns line up with broader business goals.AI-Enabled Execution: Use modern AI tools to work faster on content, QA, and analysis. arrivia is committed to AI-driven innovation and expects our marketers to use AI to improve efficiency and output.Process Improvement: Spot friction in how campaigns get built and bring ideas to make it better.What You'll BringHands-on email marketing experience, including building and deploying campaigns yourself. This is the core of the role.Experience in a marketing automation or email platform. Marketo preferred. Cordial, HubSpot, Eloqua, Braze, and similar platforms all transfer.A strong work ethic and the capacity to keep many campaigns moving at once without losing accuracy.A fast learner who ramps quickly on new tools and processes, and takes direction well.Comfort with segmentation, A/B testing, and reading campaign performance data.Sharp attention to detail and genuine QA discipline.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Basic email HTML and CSS is a plus, not a requirement.We are open to candidates with more experience than this level implies.
