FACE FOUNDRIÉ - Marketing Coordinator

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves marketing, social media, events, and connecting with the local community. You'll help bring the FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand to life through local partnerships, engaging content, events, and in-store marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Local Event Execution: Plan and execute events, pop-ups, partnerships, and community outreach opportunities to drive brand awareness and new client traffic.
• Social Media + Content: Create engaging, on-brand content, capture in-store moments, and help grow our local social media presence.
• Grassroots Marketing: Build relationships and coordinate collaborations with local businesses, influencers, organizations, and community partners.
• In-Store Marketing: Support promotions, marketing campaigns, client engagement initiatives, and other efforts that enhance the FACE FOUNDRIÉ experience.
• Marketing Coordination: Help manage marketing calendars, track engagement and event results, and provide insights to improve local marketing efforts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to identify opportunities to grow the business and strengthen our presence in the community.

• Strong communication skills and a natural understanding of social media and content creation.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with a willingness to take initiative.

• Flexibility and enthusiasm for learning different aspects of the FACE FOUNDRIÉ business.
• Availability to work 20-30 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends for events.
