Job Overview:
The Process Assistant III will support the Power Generation Regulatory Compliance team by performing a variety of administrative functions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The candidate will handle sensitive information, maintain records, and assist with scheduling and expense reporting. The position requires working on-site Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays, for 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain files and documents in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform record retention and document maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and submit expense reports.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Compile regular and special reports using established formats and procedures.
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; additional education or degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or utility industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with SharePoint development and maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and resources effectively.

Pay Range: $30 - $34/hr. W2
