Job Details What You’ll Do Manage and review complex tax engagements Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on tax strategy and planning Develop and maintain strong client relationships Mentor and review work of staff and seniors Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and firm revenue Play a key role in long-term firm leadership and succession planning ________________________________________ ✅ What We’re Looking For CPA required 8–12+ years of public accounting tax experience Strong technical expertise in business and individual taxation (C-Corp, S-Corp, partnerships, 1040s) Proven ability to manage client relationships independently Interest in leadership and long-term growth (partnership mindset) Experience reviewing work and mentoring staff ________________________________________ Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary + bonus Clear, structured path to partnership/equity Long-term wealth-building opportunity ________________________________________ ⚖️ Important Note on Schedule This role is primarily in-office to support collaboration, mentorship, and client engagement.
