Technical Designer

Job Title

Perfect role to create a dynamic user experience using a great combination of architectural and design skills.

What your future day will look like:

• Work with the design team on 2D and 3D conceptual renderings.
• Review, edit, and approve architectural and construction drawings from fabrication partners while maintaining the design intent of the project
• Collaborate with the production and design team on budget based and feasibility based design decisions.
• Develop 3d models using Sketchup for existing environments. Create these models using photographs and site surveys
• Collaborate with the design team at the concept and schematic stages to design 3d displays and experiences.
• Conduct site visits during the construction phase

Salary: $50,000.00 -$60,000.00

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture (Associate’s degree in CAD)
• Portfolio to present proven experience
• Highly proficient in Autodesk and SketchUp
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other post process and presentation graphic software
• Self starter and eagerness to meet tight deadlines
