Overview Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. This contract position is with a top tier bank in the financial industry. If you are interested in contributing to drive both personal and organizational goals, this may be the right fit for you. Salary: $78 - $81.88 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM. Education: Bachelors. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end change management activities across two Merchant Services organizations. Drive strategy and execution for stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption. Communicate with clarity and precision—verbally and in writing—to senior leaders, cross‑functional teams, and technical partners. Condense complex information into concise messaging, decks, and executive summaries. Manage up, across, and with peers; influence without authority at multiple levels. Navigate and resolve conflict professionally; facilitate consensus across differing viewpoints. Lead and coach others when needed, supporting a collaborative team environment. Bring a solutions‑oriented mindset; solve problems independently without needing to be told each step. Adhere to established processes and governance while remaining engaging, approachable, and professional. Partner closely with internal teams to support large‑scale transformation activities within Merchant Banking (required experience). Qualifications and Experience 7 years of experience (Experienced level). Bachelors degree. Experience required in Merchant Banking. Skills Business operations.
