Are you ready to take off on your next career with us?Job Summary Responsible for providing training for new hires and tenured employees through various learning methods.Responsibilities

• Provides company, regulatory, carrier or practical training for individual or group settings to new hire as well as tenured employees.
• Creates milestones to be achieved through training methods and create training plans.
• Conducts skill needs assessments to identify specific skill/knowledge gaps, training objectives, work situations and changes in training policies and procedures.
• Coordinates trainings and re-certifications, ensuring training is designed, delivered and evaluated for consistency.
• Observes employees to determine the effectiveness of training programs and ensure that any additional training requirements are fulfilled.
• Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and Safety Manager.
• Maintains training rosters and records with trainees and complies with appropriate training recordkeeping requirements.Minimum Requirements
• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months related operational experience preferred.
• WFS or Carrier Instructor Certification.
• Current qualification and experience on training subject or learning plan.

• Handle/grasp documents or office equipment.
• Sit and/or stand for short or extended periods of time.
• Lift/carry/move objects, files and documents up to 10 pounds.
• Work in an office environment using standard office equipment.
• Talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone.
