Senior Financial AnalystbeBright is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to lead key initiatives across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Development, and AI-driven reporting and analytics. This cross-functional role delivers models, forecasts, and reporting that executive leadership and our investment partners rely on to make decisions about financial performance, organizational growth, operational efficiency, and emerging technologies.The ideal candidate works independently, brings structure to ambiguous problems, and partners directly with senior leaders. Our doctor-owned and doctor-led shared services organization provides administrative and operational support to practices nationwide while creating unlimited opportunities for growth and innovation.Who We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field required5–7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role; experience in a multi-site healthcare, professional services, or private-equity-backed environment is strongly preferred.Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including the ability to build and own complex, multi-entity models from the ground up.Experience with NetSuite, SQL, or data visualization platforms is a plus.Demonstrated use of AI tools, automation platforms, or modern reporting technologies to improve analytical workflows.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a track record of working independently through ambiguity.Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Highly collaborative with exceptional attention to detail; experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior analysts is a plus.ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including the consolidated multi-entity model and the assumptions behind it.Design, build, and maintain the financial models and forecasts that drive operational and strategic decision-making.Analyze financial performance trends and partner with leadership to pressure-test planning assumptions and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.Prepare and present the financial reporting and analysis that executive leadership and investment partners rely on.Support business development through market analysis, growth modeling, due diligence, and practice acquisition analysis.Collaborate with operational teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop insights that help leaders evaluate new opportunities and operational performance.Help define the metrics, KPIs, and dashboards used across the organization, and support the design of automated reporting and business intelligence.Serve as a go-to analytical resource, leading ad hoc analyses for leadership across departments.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with a 3% Safe Harbor contribution.Paid time off, holidays, and sick time.Flexible work arrangements.Professional development, training, and career growth opportunities.A high-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership and a clear path toward finance leadership.Join us in helping create bright smiles every day while leading the financial, strategic, and technological growth of our organization.
