Production Test Technician

Job Duties Perform electro-mechanical assembly on analyzer equipment Calibrate and test electronic devices according to customer specifications Use hand tools, test equipment, and computer systems to complete production tasks Follow standardized work instructions and quality procedures Complete work orders accurately and on schedule Record labor transactions and production data in the MRP system Identify and report quality or safety concerns Support continuous improvement and organized work area initiatives Cross-train and assist in multiple production areas as needed Work overtime when required Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or testing experience Lean manufacturing experience is a plus Basic computer skills and strong manual dexterity Physical Capabilities Lift up to 25 pounds Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Pro Staff
