About the Role RSH Décor is seeking skilled sewers to produce our decorative pillow line featuring flanged, corded, tufted, and zippered finishes. This is a great fit for sewers with a background in home décor, soft furnishings, or anyone who can confidently execute detailed stitching with precision. What You’ll Do Independently sew and assemble blown‑filled and zippered pillows Install decorative elements like flanges, cording, and tufting Maintain consistent sizing, weight, and stitch accuracy across SKUs Support teammates with prep, turning, and finishing tasks What You Bring 6+ months experience in decorative or industrial sewing Strong zipper placement and tension control skills Experience with pillow, cushion, or soft furnishing assembly Attention to alignment, seam consistency, and finishing quality Why Join Us?
