Sure,you’ll need to be good at ordering parts and maintaininginventory, but you’ll also need excellent people skills when dealingwith customers and internal staff. Job Responsibilities Determine needs and accuratelyspecify parts accordingly Create andmodify purchase orders Issuepurchase orders to appropriate vendor to orderparts Record warranty parts returned Create special ordered parts ondealership computer system and notify ASM, technician orclient upon receipt Reviewspecial order parts tracking Process and close open invoices Compare invoices againstrequisitions to verify quality and quantity ofmerchandise received Keeprecords of outside purchases and parts received andissued Perform ongoing warehouse partsinventory Attend weekly departmentmeetings Requirements High schooldiploma or GED Oneyear of dealership warehouse experience and/ortraining Compensation is basedon experience Our company maintains astrong policy of equal employment opportunity for allassociates.
