Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient requirements and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ proven methods to advance patients' motor functionality, cognitive skills, and daily living capabilities.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing personnel to provide comprehensive, well-rounded patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate clients and their families on therapy activities to encourage progress and promote self-sufficiency at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and amend treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the right track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education and post-graduation certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
