Certifications: BLS certification required.

Must-Have: Inpatient Case Management experience required. Charting system experience required (Epic). Experience in community hospital settings required. Travel experience required.

Description: This position will support complex cases across the system and patients in the community virtually. The candidate may need to float between different offices but will primarily work in a virtual capacity. Responsibilities include care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization of InterQual criteria. The candidate should be familiar with CMS guidelines and HIPAA regulations. Preferred experience includes charge experience and trauma level exposure. The role necessitates an understanding of medical necessity and concurrent reviews. Overall, the focus is on providing quality patient care and efficient resource management.
