Your tasks will include troubleshooting system issues, applying updates and patches, and managing data loads in accordance with established standards. You will support mission planning efforts across training environments, exercises, and deployments while maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations and solutions. Additionally, you will provide hands-on technical assistance to operational personnel and collaborate closely with internal teams and government stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. Your role will be crucial in ensuring system readiness and contributing to mission success by delivering consistent, high-quality technical support in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Would you excel in this position?
