Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Chester, VT to bring on Production Operators. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours and long-term potential.

Position: Production Operator
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday (hours may vary based on production needs)
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00/hour (depending on experience)
Location: Chester, VT

 

Summary:
We are seeking dependable Production Operators to support food manufacturing operations. This role involves working on production lines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment to support mixing, batching, and packaging processes
• Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
• Accurately measure and handle ingredients and materials
• Follow recipes, work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Complete production records and documentation
• Assist with line changeovers and equipment setup
• Support team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
