Position Maintenance Engineer – Crescent Hotels & Resorts Responsibilities Assist with maintaining the hotel, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities. Replace air conditioner filters and conduct preventive maintenance on all units and mechanical systems. Tend air conditioners, cooling towers, and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests. Qualifications Hvac knowledge a plus. Experience with commercial properties preferred.
