Housekeeping/Room Attendant Join the Hilton Mystic team as a Housekeeping/Room Attendant, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms to ensure an exceptional stay experience. This position is based in Mystic, CT, and offers a competitive hourly wage with bi‑weekly paychecks. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms according to Hilton standards. Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain storage areas and supply carts in an organized manner. Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and respond to requests professionally. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and Hilton’s policies and procedures. Requirements Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
