What You’ll Do As our Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control. Overseeing staff training and development to maintain high standards. Ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for both customers and employees. Maintaining a strong knowledge of coffee products and ensuring consistency in preparation and presentation. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of management experience in a similar role. A strong understanding of coffee and a passion for sharing that knowledge with others. Open availability to accommodate the needs of the business. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
