POSITION PURPOSE: The Service Delivery Coordinator is a member of the Operations Team that manages the timely delivery of Bluebird Fibers services. The Coordinator is responsible for the post sales management of the service delivery lifecycle in accordance to established processes. This position requires a broad understanding of Bluebird Fibers capabilities, customers, 3rd party provider relationships, and network technologies. This position requires a strong customer focus, strong organizational skills, project and matrix management, and the ability to complete tasks in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
