Executive Director, Market Access

Senior leader responsible for developing and executing global market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for the pneumococcal vaccine franchise. Will drive alignment across research, commercial, and market access functions to ensure sustainable, broad patient access for this newly acquired asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead global payer value proposition development and integrated access pricing strategies, producing payer value materials and dossiers
- Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, R&D, finance, medical affairs, and regional groups to shape long-term access and evidence strategies
- Oversee payer insights, health technology assessments, market research, and policy analysis to inform investment and launch decisions
- Develop innovative pricing and access solutions addressing environmental and competitive pressures
- Build organizational capability and develop talent pipeline across the vaccines and infectious diseases team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in market access, pricing, reimbursement, public health, health economics, or sales/marketing
- Knowledge and experience in infectious disease, preferably vaccines
- Experience developing global business strategy
- Expertise in health economics tools and techniques
- Demonstrated people management and executive leadership experience
- Strong cross-functional influence and strategic communication abilities
Compensation: $255,800 - $402,700 base
