Associate Director Regional Market Access

The Associate Director Regional Market Access supports lifecycle management and market access strategy execution for an oncology PD-1 asset within the Organized Customer Access and Reimbursement team. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to develop payer strategies, pricing approaches, and access solutions that enhance patient access to medicines.
Responsibilities
- Support lifecycle management strategy development and execution for the PD-1 asset
- Develop comprehensive payer and market access strategies with cross-functional execution
- Create customer-specific strategies aligned with regulatory and policy milestones
- Contribute to pricing strategies, channel-specific approaches, and value propositions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical marketing, managed care, or sales
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional leadership capability
- Understanding of healthcare trends, policy issues, and their business impact
- Inclusive leadership with ability to work effectively across diverse teams
- MBA and director-level marketing or managed care experience preferred
- Oncology or lifecycle management experience preferred
Compensation: $142,400–$224,100 base
