Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing, Therapy Process Strategy & Integration

Associate Director role leading commercial operations strategy for a novel mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy launch. Designs and optimizes end-to-end treatment delivery processes across a complex ecosystem of internal teams, treatment sites, and external partners to ensure seamless therapy coordination and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and continuously improve the end-to-end treatment journey process architecture and documentation
• Serve as commercial business owner translating business needs into scalable process and system requirements
• Drive process integration across treatment sites, labs, sequencing providers, manufacturing, and alliance stakeholders
• Establish operational governance, escalation pathways, and issue resolution processes across the ecosystem
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to identify bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analysis, and enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare commercial operations
• Expertise designing and optimizing complex cross-functional operating models
• Experience developing process architectures, governance frameworks, and escalation pathways
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence external partners
• Strong process improvement and problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in matrixed environments
