Associate Director, D&A Strategy

Responsibilities
- Partner with US Marketing and cross-functional teams as strategic insights and analytics lead for HCP strategy
- Translate business priorities into analytical plans, decision frameworks, and actionable recommendations
- Develop comprehensive understanding of HCP needs, behaviors, adoption drivers, and engagement preferences using multiple data sources
- Synthesize secondary data, market research, digital analytics, and field insights to inform segmentation and targeting strategies
- Lead analytics projects from problem definition through delivery, ensuring quality outputs and clear stakeholder communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience delivering analytics, insights, or strategy work in pharma, biotech, or healthcare
- Demonstrated experience supporting commercial decisions through HCP-focused analytics and insights
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial model and HCP insights application
- Proficiency with analytical tools; hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar platforms preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH, PhD) preferred
- Experience supporting product launches or across product lifecycle stages preferred
