Associate Director, Content Capabilities Lead

Role Associate Director, Content Capabilities Lead, responsible for driving the adoption, evolution, and governance of content capabilities within a biopharma organization. Objectives include ensuring capabilities meet current needs, align with the future operating model, and maximize business value. Responsibilities Encompass evaluating business opportunities, translating requirements into scalable solutions, leading change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and monitoring feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field; 8+ years in digital, content operations, or marketing technology roles, with experience leading platform implementations and transformation initiatives in complex environments. Skills Agile methodologies, platform integration, change management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication. High-Value Aspects Focus on content ecosystems, digital transformation, and stakeholder alignment in a regulated biopharma setting. Experience in marketing technology ecosystems, operating models, and content workflows is essential.
