Associate Director, Market Research - Oncology Solid Tumor Pipeline

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Associate Director to lead market research for the oncology solid tumor pipeline, with initial focus on Erda iDRS. The role involves designing integrated research plans, partnering cross-functionally, and translating market insights into strategy recommendations for asset development and commercial launch.
Responsibilities
- Lead market research strategy and execution for Erda iDRS and priority solid tumor pipeline assets
- Design and oversee integrated learning plans addressing patients, healthcare professionals, payers, and stakeholders
- Conduct primary research on disease state, treatment pathways, positioning, and launch tracking
- Partner with cross-functional teams to guide asset transition and launch-readiness decisions
- Integrate market research with analytics and competitive intelligence to generate strategic recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree desirable
- 7+ years in market research, business intelligence, marketing, or management consulting
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and approach selection
- Strong ability to translate research insights into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent data visualization and presentation skills with compelling storytelling
- Demonstrated autonomy, integrity, and comfort managing ambiguity in complex environments
- Oncology pipeline or early commercialization strategy experience preferred
