Associate Director, Real World Value and Evidence - Oncology Solid Tumor

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director for Real World Value and Evidence in Oncology, based in Horsham, Pennsylvania. The role involves designing and executing real-world evidence studies, health economic models, and scientific communications to support product launches and demonstrate treatment value to patients, providers, and payers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external experts to develop scientific strategy and execute real-world evidence research projects
• Ensure quality of real-world evidence study design, execution, publication, and economic models
• Represent real-world value and evidence function on cross-functional teams across marketing, medical affairs, and commercial organizations
• Develop understanding of payer needs and integrate insights into external communication materials
• Contribute to market access activities including development of payer communication materials and value propositions

Requirements

• Master's degree in health economics, statistics, health policy, pharmacy, or related field; doctorate preferred
• 5+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience, preferably in health economics or market access
• Knowledge of US healthcare landscape from HCP and payer perspectives
• Experience conducting research with large datasets, advanced statistics, and experimental design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with publication record
• Ability to communicate technical results to diverse internal and external audiences
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget
