Director, Global Marketing Oncology

The Global Marketing Director leads commercial strategy development for a novel bispecific antibody in oncology, focusing on shaping global asset and portfolio plans, market insights, forecasting, and launch readiness.
Responsibilities
develop and align global strategies, oversee market research and competitive intelligence, drive early launch planning activities, and foster cross-functional and regional collaborations with clinical, regulatory, medical, market access, and commercial teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of pharma/biotech commercial experience with oncology market knowledge, strategic planning, and cross-divisional leadership skills; strong scientific acumen and communication abilities.
Preferred
MBA, global marketing, oncology, and launch experience, pipeline or clinical development insight, and team leadership.
High-Value
Oncology, biologics, early development (pre-IND/Ph1), cross-functional global collaboration, and launch execution.
Work Setup
hybrid model with 15-20% travel.
