About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading strategy development and execution in a complex, highly regulated environment, as well as strong leadership and team management skills. A dynamic executive with significant business acumen, the candidate should be adept at influencing without direct authority, and have a strong understanding of global pharmaceutical market dynamics. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree in life sciences, business, or a related field. The role demands a leader with a results-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific and business concepts.
