Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities Set up and operate various types of standard and specially designed test equipment for manufacturing verification, engineering validation, and functional testing. Calibrate, align, adjust, and perform final functional testing on production units using specifications, test procedures, schematics, and engineering drawings. Troubleshoot and diagnose digital and analog circuitry to the component level, identifying root causes and recommending repairs. Log production test data, document defects, perform inspections, and support root-cause investigations to improve product quality and reliability. Requirements 4 to 6 years of related experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, manufacturing, or production environments. Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital circuitry to the component level and work with oscilloscopes, RMS meters, and other electronic test equipment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills with the ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Electronic Technician Certificate and/or AS Degree in Electronic Engineering preferred; must be available to work overtime as needed.
