Pallet Material Handler

As a Pallet Builder, you will be essential in the production and refurbishment of high-quality wooden pallets that are a crucial part of our daily operations. Your role will involve using power tools and automated machinery to design, construct, and repair sturdy and reliable pallets.


Responsibilities

- Build and refurbish wooden pallets using hand and power tools
- Adhere to design and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections of finished pallets to ensure conformity to specification
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools
- Use a forklift to move pallets to designated areas
- Comply with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a similar role or working within a production environment
- Proficiency with power tools and machinery
- Exceptional manual dexterity and physical strength
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
