Associate Account Manager
Red Bank, NJ - onsite 5 days a week
The responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the CEO and Technical Manager in understanding the day-to-day operations of the company and the client requirements.
- Developing presentations using PowerPoint
- Running Reports
- Join/Run Meetings as and when required
- Communicate with and manage clients in:
- gathering requirements, changes/upgrades in the system, addressing issues and complaints, travel to client sites (when needed) to do presentations, etc.
Must Have:
- Experience working in a team and independently as well.
- Fast learner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be proactive
- Some experience working with clients on the business/operations side (not sales and marketing)
