Junior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-powered tools, automations, workflows, dashboards, reports, and lightweight applications for Commercial teams.
• Identify repetitive work and implement technology solutions that improve productivity and decision-making.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce and other commercial business applications.
• Improve sales-cycle workflows from lead capture and qualification through opportunity management, quoting, and closing.
• Support integrations between business systems using APIs, automation platforms, and low-code tools.
• Partner with business leaders, Sales, Product, and Operations to translate operational challenges into practical technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and document solutions so they are scalable and supportable.

Requirements

• Experience building automations, AI tools, scripts, or applications that solve business problems.
• Comfort writing Python, JavaScript, or another modern programming language.
• Experience experimenting with LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation tools.
• Understanding of the sales process, including lead management, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline stages, and closing activities.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: 1–3 years of experience building software, automations, AI solutions, or business applications.
• Preferred: experience with CRM, ERP, or enterprise business systems, with Salesforce experience helpful but not required.
• Preferred: familiarity with APIs, integrations, workflow automation platforms, SQL, Python, JavaScript, and modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Preferred: Salesforce CPQ knowledge, including pricing rules, product catalogs, quote templates, and approval workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
