Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will join a growing retail/commercial team and oversee projects from preconstruction through completion.

• 
  Manage ground-up and commercial retail projects ranging from
  
  
  $5M-$10M+
  
  
  
  



• 
  Lead project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor relationships
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
  
  



• 
  Oversee project execution, quality, safety, and financial performance
  
  



• 
  Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members
  
  



• 
  Maintain strong client relationships and help drive repeat business
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• 
  
  
  10-15+ years
  
  
  of commercial construction experience
  
  



• 
  Strong experience managing
  
  
  ground-up commercial and retail projects
  
  
  
  



• 
  Experience with projects valued at
  
  
  $5M+
  
  
  
  



• 
  AEC-related degree strongly preferred
  
  



• 
  Strong communication, leadership, and client-management skills
  
  



• 
  Team-oriented personality with confidence in their construction expertise
  
  



• 
  Experience with a major Chicagoland GC is a plus
