Common diagnoses include cancer, heart disease, lung disease, and dementia, all end-stage diseases. The workload consists of 5-6 patient visits within an 8-hour workday. The position does not require weekend or holiday availability. The charting system used is EPIC. Scrub color for this position is royal blue. Ambulatory care is provided through outpatient and inpatient settings. This role will cover multiple counties, ensuring a smaller area of focus. No additional orientation hours are required beyond standard training.
