Senior Digital Marketing Consultant
7+ Month Contract
Hybrid – Fort Mill, SC, San Diego, CA, Austin, TX, Boston, MA, or Tempe, AZ (2 times a month)

 
Job Overview:
Seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant to serve as a strategic marketing partner to financial advisors. In this client-facing role, you'll develop and execute customized digital marketing strategies that help advisors attract prospects, engage clients, and grow their practices.

 
You'll leverage expertise across email marketing, social media, content marketing, websites, SEO, digital advertising, and lead generation to deliver measurable business results while providing ongoing strategic guidance and support.

 
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary marketing consultant for a portfolio of financial advisors.
• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned to each advisor's business goals and target audience.
• Create and manage content calendars spanning blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and digital advertising.
• Drive lead generation and niche prospecting initiatives to support business growth.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations based on key metrics and ROI.
• Lead recurring strategy consultations with advisors and key stakeholders.
• Partner with advisor office staff to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure marketing materials meet regulatory and brand standards.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Leverage marketing tools and platforms to execute campaigns effectively.
• Capture advisor feedback and recommend enhancements to marketing programs and services.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Working knowledge of content management systems and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Digital marketing expertise across email, social media, websites, content marketing, SEO, and paid media.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and business impact.
• Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization abilities.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Smartsheet.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and effective working independently and collaboratively.
• Basic understanding of events and webinar marketing.
• Experience with marketing platforms such as Broadridge, HubSpot, FMG, or similar solutions.
• Financial services or wealth management industry experience.
