Location: Greencastle, PA

2nd Shift:

Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift:

Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay:

$22.75 – $26.40 per hour (based on experience)

As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on metal components in a production setting where precision and consistency matter.

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal parts and assemblies
• Weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Assemble and fabricate components to exact specifications
• Use measuring tools to ensure proper dimensions and quality
• Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials
• Adjust welding settings and techniques to meet production standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• At least 6 months of MIG welding experience (school or production)
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Experience welding in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greencastle, PA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.45/hr.
