Assembler

PeopleShare is seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.

Job Title: Assembler

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:00am-3:0pm and 3:30pm-2:00am available

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.20 per hour to start

Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and components accurately and efficiently
• Use hand tools and power tools as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with assembly or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
• Experience using power tools (cordless drills, power saws, etc.) preferred but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable and able to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule
