Job Title: Registered Nurse Case Manager Facility Location: 750 E Adams St, Syracuse, NY 13210 Shifts: Day 58-Hour (07:00 15:00) Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Description:

Work as an RN Case Manager in an acute care hospital setting Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Perform case management, utilization review, discharge planning, and care coordination duties Preferred experience with: MCG or InterQual screening criteria CMS regulations related to hospital admissions Utilization management/utilization review Interfacing with healthcare payers and regulatory agencies Collaborate with physicians, payers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate patient care and resource utilization Maintain accurate documentation and communication using EPIC preferred Must hold an active New York State RN license Required certification: BLS Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience within the last 2 years Travelers must have experience in hospitals of similar size or trauma centers Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills required Candidates must pass pre-employment health clearance, drug screening, and background check
