Compensation: $21.00
Schedule:

• 1st Shift : Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a  Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to customers and sales teams. This role involves handling orders, coordinating shipments, resolving inquiries, and communicating effectively with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and sales representatives via email, phone, or in person
• Take and enter purchase orders, and document customer complaints
• Coordinate and book shipments with logistics companies daily
• Collaborate with the shipping team and other facility teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication regarding orders and shipments

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Proficient with general computer systems; Microsoft Office skills a plus
• Strong listening and comprehension skills; able to ask clarifying questions as needed
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including email etiquette
• Ability to analyze information and resolve day-to-day issues logically
• Team-oriented and willing to support CSR team members
