Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a part-time Occupational Therapist supporting K-12 students near Seattle. This role would allow you to make a meaningful impact by collaborating with school teams and helping students develop essential life skills.

As an onsite therapist, you will work approximately 15 hours per week, spanning two days (about 7–7.5 hours each day). The contract runs from the present through the end of the school year, providing consistency for both you and your students.

Requirements:

• Valid OT licensure in Washington
• Experience or interest in working with K-12 school-aged children
• Familiarity with school-based OT practices and IEP documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for fostering student independence and confidence

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized OT plans for a diverse student population, including direct intervention
• Document progress and maintain accurate records aligned with regulatory and district requirements
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Promote skills in areas such as sensory processing, fine motor development, and daily living tasks
