As a Customer Service Representative with the Joseph Blangin Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. MUST HAVE STATE FARM EXPERIENCE THIS IS A 100% SERVICE ROLE

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
