About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2013 after working as a State Farm Agency Aspirant, gaining hands-on experience with another agent before stepping into ownership. Today, our team has grown to 15 members, and we operate with a strong growth mindset and an "all in it to win it" mentality.


I'm a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor's degree in business marketing and management. I'm married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. I also previously played professional golf, which shaped the competitive drive and discipline I bring into the agency.

Giving back is a major part of who we are. I'm heavily involved with HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes, a veteran-owned organization, and spend significant time volunteering and supporting their mission.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Collierville & Memphis.
• Our office is open 9:00 - 5:00 M-F Saturday by appt.
