What You’ll Learn Insurance sales and customer relationship management. Prospecting and lead generation. Conducting customer needs conversations and policy reviews. Building and managing a sales pipeline. Following up with prospective and existing customers. Understanding agency production goals and performance metrics. What You’ll Do Connect with prospective customers through warm and outbound lead activity. Build relationships with new and existing customers. Ask questions to understand customer needs and identify potential insurance solutions. Learn how to explain insurance products and coverage options clearly. Assist with account reviews and customer follow-up. Generate and follow up on leads. Participate in sales conversations and develop confidence asking for the business. Track activity and results while working toward measurable production goals. Learn how customer retention, sales, service, and marketing work together to grow an agency. Participate in coaching, training, and development with agency leadership. Gain exposure to the day-to-day responsibilities involved in operating a successful State Farm agency.
