Maintenance Supervisor 

Location: Boyceville, WI (On-Site) 

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 + 10% bonus + full benefits

Requirements: 5+ years of maintenance experience with 3+ years as a team lead or Supervisor

We need a strong Maintenance Supervisor to lead our technicians, improve equipment reliability, and keep our lines running at peak performance. What You Will Be Doing:

• Leading, coaching, and assigning daily tasks for a team of maintenance technicians
• Running the show in the CMMS-building job plans, PM schedules, and tracking work orders
• Working hand-in-hand with operations to schedule maintenance during downtime
• Keeping safety the #1 priority by enforcing LOTO, arc flash, and hot work protocols

 

What You Need for this Position:

• 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance
• 3+ years of experience as a Lead or Supervisor
• Experience with CMMS software for scheduling and planning
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)

 

Bonus Points: Experience in food/beverage manufacturing, spray drying, powder processing, or medical/pharma manufacturing.
