LPN Position at Ruston Rheumatology

Ruston Rheumatology is seeking a LPN to join our team. This position offers competitive pay, insurance, 401k with a company match, PTO and paid holidays.

Summary

Administers routine services in caring for patients.
Ensures confidentiality of patient information and performs appropriate tasks based on patient needs.
Takes patient vital signs
Reviews medical records and updates new information
Administers medications and treatments
Monitors patients after medications and treatments
Administers immunizations and draws blood for labs
Other duties as assigned

Education, Training and Experience

Graduate of AMA approved school of Practical Nursing.
Pharmacology written examination satisfactory.
BLS certification required.
Requires the use of office equipment such as computer terminals, telephone, fax machines, etc.

Licensure / Certification Requirements

Current licensure in the State of Louisiana.
