About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Onyx Care of Ruston, you will play a vital role in our patient-centered team, providing compassionate and skilled nursing care to our patients. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver individualized attention focused on each patient's unique recovery journey. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

  • Participate in patient education and support, promoting independence and wellness

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Louisiana

  • Minimum 0 years of experience (new graduates and experienced LPNs welcome)

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
