With NTi, you aren't a number, you're a valuable team member!Working under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager, The Quality Systems Engineer governs the Quality Management System, ensuring it remains compliant, effective, and aligned with all applicable industry standards, customer requirements, and internal business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, maintain, and improve the AS9100‑compliant QMSControl and update quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, and records)Plan and conduct internal, supplier, and external auditsLead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause investigationsMonitor QMS performance metrics and support management reviewsCollaborate cross‑functionally and provide quality training and guidanceQualificationsBachelor 's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience)AS9100 or ISO9001 Internal Auditor certification (Lead Auditor preferred)Experience conducting audits in a regulated industryStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAerospace manufacturing experience preferredAdditional RequirementsAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional manufacturing environmentU.S. Person status required due to access to export‑controlled technical data (ITAR)Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with reasonable accommodations availablePlease refer to the attached Job Description for full role details. Norsk Titanium is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
